It is the question all vegans are asked too often. Usually followed by an incredulous to the point of stupid, “so, what do you eat?” … Why did you become Vegan?
Being Vegan – or at the very least, becoming as vegan as possible – remains one of the most politically radical, environmentally friendly, ethical, compassionate and positively aesthetic life changes one can make.
